Privacy policy

What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect what you type: usually your name, email, and sometimes a phone number, the gym you asked about and your message. We also record anonymous usage events, such as searches, filters and which pages are viewed, without cookies and without tying them to you.

How we use it

If you ask a gym for prices or a pass, we send your name, email and request to that gym only. Claims and report orders are used to verify you and deliver what you asked for. Anonymous search data is aggregated into market statistics (for example, how often people in a neighborhood search for Pilates).

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone other than the gym you contacted and the service providers that run our email and hosting.

Your choices

Email hello@findthegym.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Texas and other state privacy rights are honored for every visitor.

Business data

Gym listings are built from public business information: Google Maps listings, gyms' own websites and Census statistics. Owners can claim and correct their listing or ask us to remove it.
