Frequently asked questions
Does paying change my ranking?
No. Lists are ranked by Google rating weighted by review count. Pro and Growth add a sponsored slot that is labeled as sponsored and sits outside the ranked list.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period, with no fee.
Where does the data come from?
Public Google Maps listings, each gym's own website and the U.S. Census. The methodology page lists every source and how often we refresh it.
Which cities do you cover?
Austin, TX today. Franchise and Data plans can request any U.S. market, and we build it within two weeks.
